Returning unwanted items

If items are in original condition, return within 28 days for full refund by original payment method. Customer pays return postage.

Once the product(s) and, if applicable, any packaging are received, the refund will be processed and credited back to your payment card account within a time frame of approximately 2 weeks.

Kindly be advised that it might take up to 14 days for your bank to reflect the credited amount in your account.

Please be informed that we cannot be held responsible for any bank charges that may arise during the refund transaction.

can I cancel my order after I've made it

If you change your mind before fulfilment notification, fill the form in below with your order number for cancellation.

If I'm not there, what happens to my delivery

If you're not home when the delivery person comes, they'll leave a card. It will either say your package is with a neighbor or give the next delivery date.

They'll try delivering three times on consecutive days before bringing it back to the depot.
