You're Not Alone

Support & Well-being Resources

At Follow Fleurs Forever, we believe creativity can support well-being, but we also recognise that sometimes we all need a little extra help.

If you're struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or supporting someone who is, the organisations below offer free, confidential advice and support.

Remember... asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You don't have to face things alone.

    A Gentle Reminder

No matter what you're facing today...

    • You matter.
    • You deserve support.
    • You don't have to carry everything on your own.

If you ever feel that you or someone else is in immediate danger, always call 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency Department.

    .

    Colour. Calm. Connection.

Whilst professional support is incredibly important, many people also find comfort through creativity, spending time in nature, talking with loved ones and taking small moments for themselves.

At Follow Fleurs Forever, our workshops and DIY flower kits are designed to encourage creativity, mindfulness and connection. They are not a replacement for professional mental health support, but they may offer a gentle moment of calm alongside the support you receive.

    Create. Pause. Bloom.
