About the Kits
What’s included in a DIY Flower Kit?
Each kit includes everything you need to create your own artificial floral design — sustainable faux florals, wire, tape, glue, step-by-step instructions, and a few surprise touches of Fleurs magic!
Do I need any extra tools?
Most kits are ready to go, but a pair of scissors or wire cutters can help with shaping stems. If extra items are needed, they’ll always be listed clearly in the product description.
Can I reuse my flowers after I’ve made my kit?
Absolutely! That’s part of the Fleurs philosophy. We even offer a “Re-Bloom It” guide to help you repurpose your creations into new décor (like turning a wedding bouquet into a wreath or table centrepiece).
Are your kits eco-friendly?
Yes! We’re committed to sustainability — from recyclable packaging to re-useable blooms. Many of our boxes are lined with shredded recycled paper or seed paper that can be planted after use.
About Orders & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most DIY kits and ready-made items are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Bespoke commissions and larger orders may take a little longer, but we'll always let you know an estimated timescale when you order.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes! We post our DIY kits, ready-made floral creations and many other products throughout the UK. Some larger bespoke items may require collection or local delivery depending on size.
Can I send a Fleurs kit as a gift?
Absolutely! Our DIY Artificial Flower Kits make wonderful gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Christmas, or simply because someone deserves a little creative treat. If you're sending directly to the recipient, let us know and we'll happily leave out the pricing information.
Can I request a specific delivery date?
If you're ordering for a special occasion, please get in touch before placing your order. We'll always do our best to work with your preferred delivery date whenever possible.
About the Workshops
What happens at a Bloomin’ Lovely Workshop?
Our workshops are fun, mindful, and creative sessions where you’ll learn to design your own floral pieces. We provide all materials, friendly guidance, and lots of laughter!
Do I need any experience?
Not at all — complete beginners are welcome. Our focus is on well-being through creativity, not perfection. Whether you're joining one of our Bloomin' Lovely workshops or creating at home with one of our DIY Artificial Flower Kits, you'll be supported every step of the way.
Can I book a private or group session?
Yes! We host private bookings for birthdays, hen parties, corporate wellbeing days, and community events. Just drop us a message via the Contact Page to chat dates.
Do you run family or kids’ sessions?
We do! Our Mini Fleursters and Family Floral Fun sessions are designed for all ages to craft together — making memories as well as flowers.
About Weddings
Do you create bespoke wedding flowers?
Yes! We create beautiful bespoke artificial wedding flowers including bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, centrepieces and venue décor. Every wedding is unique, so we'd love to chat about your ideas.
Do you offer DIY wedding flower kits?
We do! Our DIY Wedding Flower Kits are perfect for couples who want to add a personal touch to their big day while keeping within budget. They're beginner-friendly and include everything you need to create your own beautiful wedding flowers.
Can my wedding flowers be customised?
Of course. We can work with your chosen colours, style and theme to create floral designs that reflect your vision. Whether you prefer soft neutrals, vibrant colours or seasonal blooms, we'll work with you to create something special.
How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?
We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly for weddings during the busiest spring and summer months. However, if your wedding is approaching, don't hesitate to ask—we'll always do our best to help if we have availability.
Why choose artificial flowers for your wedding?
Artificial flowers are a beautiful, long-lasting alternative to fresh flowers. They won't wilt, they're ideal for destination weddings, can be prepared well in advance, and become lasting keepsakes that you can enjoy for years to come. Many couples also choose to Re-Bloom their wedding flowers afterwards by transforming them into home décor or keepsakes.
