At Follow Fleurs Forever, every order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely and ready for your next creative project.

Whether you’ve ordered one of our DIY artificial flower kits, a handmade floral arrangement or a seasonal creation, we take pride in packaging every item carefully using protective and, wherever possible, eco-conscious materials.

Processing Your Order

We aim to prepare and dispatch most orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Bespoke commissions, personalised items and larger orders may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
• Next Working Day Delivery: Available on selected products

Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or bank holidays. During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas or seasonal launches, delivery may take a little longer.

You’ll receive tracking information where available so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photographs (where applicable)
