Refund & Returns Policy

At Follow Fleurs Forever, every order is carefully prepared with creativity, care, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when ordering from us and we will always do our best to resolve any issues fairly and quickly.

1. DIY Kits & Craft Products

Due to the nature of our DIY kits, artificial flowers, craft materials, and seasonal products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect colour choice selected by the customer

  • Seasonal or limited-edition items

  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or partially assembled

However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Missing components

  • Store credit

  • A partial or full refund where appropriate

2. Workshop Bookings & Experiences

Workshop and experience bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.

Cancellations made:

  • More than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a transfer or credit note

  • Between 7–14 days before the event may receive partial credit at our discretion

  • Less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to preparation, venue, and material costs

If Follow Fleurs Forever needs to cancel or rearrange an event, customers will be offered:

  • A transfer to a future session

  • Store credit

  • Or a full refund

3. Personalised & Bespoke Orders

Personalised, made-to-order, or bespoke floral items are non-refundable once work has started or materials have been ordered specifically for your project.

We will always communicate clearly during the design process to ensure you are happy before final approval.

4. Shipping Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Follow Fleurs Forever cannot accept responsibility for:

  • Delays caused by postal/courier services

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers

  • Parcels left in safe places requested by the customer

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can investigate with the courier where applicable.

5. Returns Process

If a return has been agreed, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned within 14 days of approval

  • Be securely packaged

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
