Bloom Through the Year

Monthly Creative Well-being Challenges

Each month, Follow Fleurs Forever invites you to enjoy one small creative challenge inspired by colour, nature and the changing seasons.

There’s no competition, no pressure and nothing to complete perfectly. You can take part at home, with family and friends, or alongside your community.

Choose what feels manageable, adapt it to suit you and remember: small creative moments still count.

This Month’s Challenge

July — Choose Joyful Colour

This month, we’re celebrating the colours that make us smile.

Your challenge is to choose three colours that feel joyful or uplifting to you and use them in one small creative way.

You could:

  • Arrange a few colourful flowers
  • Create a mini mood board or collage
  • Add colour to a forgotten corner of your home
  • Wear a colour you love
  • Decorate a jar, frame or plant pot
  • Photograph three colours you notice while outside

You don’t need to buy anything. Use materials, flowers, clothing or objects you already own.

When you’ve finished, pause and ask:

  • Which colour did I notice first?
  • How did the colours make the space or activity feel?
  • Would I choose this combination again?
  • What small part of the process did I enjoy?

Share Your Challenge
